Say you have have the sql in p1, which is called by p2 which is called by p3, and an exception handler in p2 is catching your exception.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you put your handler in p3, it won&amp;#39;t be triggered as the exception is caught at a lower level.
